Information cascade flow is an extension of the Kuramoto order parameter of turbulence which is described as the correlation of the signal at a given scale $\lambda 4withthesignalatalowerscale$\lambda - \Delta\lambda$inconsecutivetimesteps$t + \Delta t$.

Outlines the degree of predictability of synchronization level at a certain scale given by the precedent scale ($\lambda -\Delta \lambda$).

One can also compute the information cascade flow as the average information flow across scales.
