Global functional connectivity
Global functional connectivity is a subtype of functional connectivity. It’s calculated as the connectivity between a region and all other regions in the brain.
You can just sum pairwise functional connectivity from one region to all others (though there may be a specific way to calculate it, see Timmermann2023)
