Correlation between regions of the brain

Alternatively, a regression of one brain region on the other. Does not describe directionality of any changes (e.g. could be that a change is due to an increase in the activity of one region, or a decrease in another).
- To examine directionality, utilize an information-theoretic model, such as entropy or production entropy in combination with a whole-brain model, such as the Hopf model.
