Brain graph construction
There are a variety of ways in which to construct a graph from brain activity.
Undirected networks (functional connectivity)
To create graphs from functional connectivity matrices (ideally Fisher z-score transformed to allow for statistical conclusions to be made from the magnitude of correlations), you can use the Brain Connectivity Toolbox.
