fMRI analysis
fMRI analysis is a complex and varied process, with a multitude of different methods to choose from.
First-level analysis
- Set up a GLM to model your conditions with appropriate regressors/nuisance regressors
- Generate contrast maps of interest
Second-level analysis
- Statistical test to compare contrast maps against each other (e.g. paired t-test if data is from same group of subjects)
- multiple comparisons correction
